NielsonsGård is something we have dreamt of since we met back in 2019. At the time, Corey was serving in the US Army and we were stationed across the country with a very limited ability to farm. Corey has since finished his military service, we have two young kids, and we moved home to Idaho. As first generation farmers, we are fueled by our passion for raising the highest quality food in a responsible way that cares for the earth and our animals.

We believe that sourcing food from your local community is the most sustainable and healthy way of living. Not only is it good for you, but it is the best way for us as consumers to ensure that farming in America has a bright future.

At any given point in time you might find us working in the garden or kitchen, sharing a meal with a friend, enjoying good conversation with family, or researching endlessly about food and farming.
